The National Assembly Service Commission has appointed Ojo Amos Olatunde as the new acting clerk.
The appointment was after the commission compulsorily retired Mohammed Sani-Omolori. However, Omolori ha refused to retire claiming that he has only been in office for 35 years and could stay for more as stated by the law.
However, Omolori claimed that he rejects retirement and still the clerk of NASS as at yesterday.
The Commission had placed someone in the office today despite the unresolved issues.
